Maha Mantra Mandalas
“I love to wander the small marketplaces of Vrindavan and see what treasures I can find. I recently discovered some finely carved Maha Mantra panels, and some miniature kirtan instruments.
I returned to Perth with the desire to share these sacred items, and to help others connect more deeply with the Maha Mantra. This desire was the seed for the Maha Mantra Mandala project.
We arranged for a special string of japa mala to be hand-crafted in Sri Mayapur Dham. These beads were then bathed in the Ganga, offered to all the deities, blessed at the samadhis of our Guru Parampara, and then blessed by 108 Vaisnavas.
Wherever these blessings took place, our prayer was always the same, “May we all be blessed that we can chant with sincerity and dedicate ourselves more deeply in service.”
When the japa beads arrived in Perth, we separated them, and placed one sacred bead on each of our Maha Mantra Mandalas.
You can keep your Mandala in a special place. It carries powerful blessings. It also offers you another opportunity for seva to help us complete the Vrinda Valley project.”
With your support, our focus for 2024 will be:
1. Building a new entrance and car park.
2. Creating a beautifully landscaped central courtyard.
3. Completing the external detailing of the central roof dome.
